Residential Requirements
We believe that students learn from each other, both in and out of the classroom. Therefore, living in residence is an integral part of the Marymount experience. The education acquired from the social and interpersonal experiences of residential life plays a vital role in student development. As a result, all freshman and sophomore students beginning fall 2013 must live in residence unless they meet any of the following exceptions:
- 21 years or older
- Living with parents or close relatives within 30 miles of campus
- Married, in a domestic partnership or living with a dependent child
- Current active military or veteran's status
- Qualified for financial hardship as determined by the Financial Aid office
