Continuing Education

Establishing a foundation in Palos Verdes in 1960, Marymount College moved to its present location on Palos Verdes Drive East in 1976. Over the years, thousands of Peninsula residents and their children have benefitted from an exceptional Marymount College education.

The staff, faculty and students cherish our long-standing relationship with the Palos Verdes Peninsula community. Our summer program for high school students is just one of many opportunities the College offers to meet the educational needs of its community.

Founded by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary, a Catholic order devoted to the advancement of education, Marymount College is a one of the premier two-year independent colleges in the western United States and the only coeducational college in Southern California offering associate’s degrees.

Marymount College is highly regarded as an institution that wholly prepares students for transfer into four-year colleges and universities. Many Marymount students call the Peninsula home and we welcome just as many from across the U.S. and abroad. Our students have diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and equally diverse academic interests.

Continuing Education programs will post programs as they are active.
