Fall Semester 2013 Information
For 25 years, Marymount College has offered its students the extraordinary opportunity to study abroad at Regent’s American College London for an entire semester. This is the college’s premier study abroad programme and we have successfully sent over 400 students to Regents.
Virtually all of London’s major attractions are conveniently located near RACL, such as the West End Theatres, Oxford Street shopping, the British Library, the British Museum, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Shakespeare’s Globe, Covent Garden, Tower Hill and Buckingham Palace.
The Fall program enables students to spend an entire semester in London, while taking academic courses that keep them on track for graduation and/or transfer from Marymount. Students attend class Mondays through Thursdays, with 3 day weekends for desired regional travel. There also is a one-week fall break for more extensive travel throughout Europe.
During their stay, students reside in Reid Hall--a traditional dormitory-style living arrangement--attended by a full complement of student development staff. All student development services are available at RACL such as counseling services, health services, athletic events, cultural opportunities and even a dance studio, movie theatre, and gym. The total cost of the London Fall Semester is the same as if students were residing at Marymount College. There is an additional $250 study abroad application fee but no additional costs to tuition and room & board. See the Application link for more details on academic requirements and the application process. The application is due Friday October 19, 2013.
