Orientation Checklist

 Are you ready for Orientation?

At Marymount, your success is paramount to us all. To ensure you have a smooth and successful start, you will need to complete these items before arriving to campus for Orientation in January.

If these items are not completed, there will be a delay in your course registration.**

  • Completed Health Forms (forms available on the Health Center site):** 
    • Medical Information Form
    • Health History Form
    • Physical Exam Form
    • Meningitis Form
  • Complete "Degree Intent Form"
  • Complete Business Services packet by Saturday, December 1, 2012. This packet was sent out to all new students and it includes:**
    • Financial Agreement Forms - complete and return
    • Payment Plan Information - online enrollment  in the payment plan or payment in full is required by Saturday, December 1, 2012.
    • Questions? Contact Business Services regarding your student account.
  • If you have taken college courses elsewhere, send official transcripts to Marymount**
    • Official transcripts listing any coursework in progress must be on file at Marymount  before you may register for classes.
    • Send transcripts to:

  • If you have taken standardized tests (SAT, ACT, AP), send official score reports to Marymount**
    • Official transcripts must be on file at Marymount.

  • If you're living in housing, complete and submit your Application for Residential Life and housing deposit.

    • Logging into your my.marymount account;
      • This is where you access your courses, syllabi, assignments, see grades, course calendars, access your student portal, and much more!
    • Accessing your Marymount email;
    • Setting up your Marymout email on an iphone or ipad;
    • Wireless printing on campus;
    • And much more!
  • If you want to work on campus, you will need to bring the following original documents (copies are not accepted) to Financial Aid during Orientation:
    • Original U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card OR
    • Original Driver's License or ID card issued by a State or outlying possession of the United States provided it contains a photograph or information such as name, date of birth, gender, height, eye color, and address, or School ID card with a photograph AND
    • Original Social Security Account Number card or Certification of Report of Birth issued by the Department of State.

**Without completing the items on this checklist, a hold will be placed on your student account which will prevent you from registering for courses (or if you have registered already, courses will be dropped).  Please be sure to complete these items so you can register for courses without delay.
